Operating under the Remstar Foods brand, the company has invested over $35 million in modernizing its processing plant and acquiring farmland to control supply quality. With more than 120 employees, a 66,000 ft² facility, and over 100 million pounds of potatoes processed annually, Remstar Foods remains the only North American manufacturer offering both fresh, pre-cooked fries and frozen fries. Through the establishment of Quali-Ferme, a 1,600-acre farm and storage facility, they’ve ensured tighter quality control, increased R&D opportunities, and year-round supply readiness.
