Oke Produce has been a cornerstone in the heart of Oshawa for over 80 years. Founded by William Oke, the business was built on a simple yet powerful vision: to provide high-quality products at affordable prices. In the early days, the work was demanding—orders were taken and delivered on the very same day, often requiring long hours and relentless dedication.

Through both triumphs and trials, William remained committed to his mission. His son, Bill Oke, initially pursued a different career path, showing little interest in the family business. But eventually, seeking a new challenge and drawn by the legacy his father built, Bill stepped in to help. Under Bill’s leadership, the company stayed true to its values—focusing on quality over simply competing on price. As the business grew, it moved to its current location at 111 Court Street in downtown Oshawa. What began in a single garage expanded into four adjoining units, now spanning over 15,000 square feet.
